Can an auto body shop be environmentally friendly? It can if it’s Crown Collision. Whenever and wherever possible we are environmentally friendly. For example, we use Sikkens water-borne paints. Vehicles painted with this new breed of paint have a showroom luster you have to see to believe. But just as important is the fact that Sikkens water-borne paints are environmentally friendly paints. They help make cleaning our paint guns eco-friendly and the water-borne paint vapors are much safer for the environment and our paint technicians. We also shut off lights during breaks, turn down the thermostats at night, recycle all our waste metals, tires, and parts packaging and have a zero vehicle chemical waste policy.
At Crown, we try to do what’s right whenever we can. Whether it’s the right thing for us, for the customer, or for the environment, we continue to try to set new standards for our industry.
