Crown has been in business for over 45 years because we answer our customers’ questions and make the collision repair process as hassle-free as possible. Now on to some commonly asked questions.

Are you open on Saturdays?

Yes, we are open from 9 AM to noon.

Do you have a rental car that I can use?

We have rental cars at all of our locations.

Can I wash and wax my car when I get home?

You can wash your vehicle the second you drive off our lot, although we’ll already have done that for you.  But if you do want to wash it just use regular car-wash soap for the first month.  Avoid all-purpose cleaners, degreasers, and waxes for the first month.

Can you match my vehicles paint color?

Absolutely. Using our computerized paint mixing system, we input the color code that comes with your vehicle to create an exact paint match. 

Is there a warranty on the repairs done to my vehicle?

Yes, and a pretty good one if we say so ourselves. All the work we do on your vehicle is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. Parts are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties.

What if I can’t drop off or pick up my car?

If you have any problems getting your car to us or picking it up from us, we’ll pick it up or drop it off free of charge. We’ll even give you a ride home, if you need one, when you drop off your vehicle.

Will the parts be ordered before I drop off my vehicle?

To save you time we pre-order parts whenever possible, and our suppliers deliver to us twice daily.  Sometimes, during the dismantling of the vehicle, other damaged parts are discovered and will need to be ordered.
